"Where does the white go when the snow melts?"

Just a little excursion down memory lane...
this was the first year we moved to Mammoth...
you know...the year the mountain had over 60 feet of snow???

Where did all that white go???

    1. That year was a record high for up here! I think this year may be a record low...

  2. We usually have about 50-60cm of snow here in Finland but this year was different, no snow at all..well we had few winter weeks with small amount of snow. Weird!!

  4. I don't feel quite so bad about our not-60-feet of snow here this year now - even though we did get record amounts. It's snowing again today (another 6-9" ...so much for spring being near!)
