The Most Snow in North America

Yep!!!  According to Mammoth Mountain, and several news sources, the Eastern Sierras accumulated the most snow in North America during the last storm...

Well far be it from me to neglect this story!!!

Keep in mind, the snow has already settled about a foot or two...
Up to the second story!!!

  2. One of the really nice aspects of Mammoth winters is the fact that after the snow storm, out comes the sun!!! It's been sweatshirt weather yesterday and today...sat on the deck for a bit with the Chief while he smoked his cigar and read his paper (yep...we had the deck cleared...they can get so heavy with snow that they collapse if you don't!) It's an absolutely gorgeous day!!!
