right back where I started from..."
Did you know that California Here I Come is the unofficial state song of California?
It was written in 1921 for the Broadway musical Bombo with Al Jolson, by Buddy DeSylva
and Joseph Meyer.
No matter where I've lived, I've always been a Californian...
We're spending a few days in Sacramento, the state captitol of California...
Lovely view of the capitol building. Except for the earthquakes, I would think California is a lovely place to live. Beautiful photo, thanks for sharing!

I have it on good authority that the actual state song is "I Love California"...what's interesting is that I am a born and bred Californian and I don't think I've ever heard this song...until my cousin sang it to me in the car yesterday afternoon!!!
