ReplyDeleteLinda...it's about 6 weeks old...we had snow then, but this was at a lower elevation with just a bit of green showing!!! The lake it was by is now completely frozen over...
Thanks Nature Footstep! I forgot about your macro/flower meme!!!
It looks so spring-like! hard to believe it was taken six weeks ago!
ReplyDeleteThat is really so beautiful and very well focused!
ReplyDeleteVery cool. It is almost three dimensional.
ReplyDeleteThe detail and focal range are perfect. The diffused color gives it the appearance of fine art. Bravo!
ReplyDeleteBises,
Genie
I know what you mean Kateri! I saw it and was totally surprised! While there wasn't any snow on the ground there at the time, the week before, there had been!
ReplyDeleteThanks Andrea...that's thanks to my new macro lens!!!
Thanks Margaret! I know what you mean...with the one little branch coming straight at you it kind of explodes off the surface!!!
Thanks Genie!!! I love the bokeh effect my lens is so good at capturing!!!
When I first started looking to upgrade my original camera, the people helping me all said pretty much the same thing...it's not the camera body...it's the lens that's important! I've come to agree!!!
You are having such fun with this lens!
ReplyDeleteI enlarged it and I loved it!
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year to you. I know I have some catching up to do here, so I'll be back directly to do so!
