I love what it does to things. I shot some this morning.....for my photo of the day...I'm going to cheat with it one day this week when the weather if foul and there's nothing to photograph.
LOL...it's actually a type of frost rather than snow...There's been heavy fog over the Mono Lake basin which is part of how the hoar frost comes to be...it was also freezing cold!!! Linda Pierson from Alberta Canada is the one who told me about hoar frost...I never knew anything about it until I saw her fabulous macro of hoar frost on barbed wire... http://prairierunner.wordpress.com/2013/01/05/picture-a-day-5/
