Opening Day...

"Many men go fishing all of their lives without knowing
that it is not fish they are after."
Henry David Thoreau

Opening day of fishing season!!!

The Lakes basin was open in time for the season opener...
even though most of the lakes were still frozen over...
but not Twin Lakes...
although I didn't see many fishermen...

Oh!!!  Here are a few!!!

  4. Thanks 'Tsuki!!!

I loved how perfectly calm the water was Cathy!!! Thanks!

Opening Day knows no restrictions Shirley...snow, rain, wind...doesn't matter! Our first spring up here was after a winter of the most snow in about 40 years....it snowed just before opening day and it didn't stop anyone from fishing!!! (that year it snowed on Memorial Day!)
