"Pursue some path, however narrow and crooked,
in which you can walk with love and reverence."
Henry David Thoreau
This has been an unusual Fall...spots of color here and there,
the main areas of color changing too fast...
leaves turning brown and dropping too quickly...
But then there's a spot like this one...
Those are beautiful trees!ReplyDelete
same here....Most maple leaves have been winter-moth-eaten and have been falling all summer, but not much color....ReplyDelete
Thank you Brian and Justine!ReplyDelete
Thanks for visiting Joanne!!!ReplyDelete
Are they birch trees?ReplyDelete
What a delightful splash of colour.ReplyDelete
It's been like that here too - so autumn seems to have been and gone too fast!
Most of our colorful trees are Aspens Hiker...I'm pretty sure these are Aspens too...ReplyDelete
Thanks LadyFi! Our weather seems to be on the same track...and affecting our flora in similar ways!!!
Golden beauty..I love these trees. The fall color is slow here too.ReplyDelete

Thanks Adele! I've been out in search of color this week! More to come!
Thanks Petrea...we definitely live in God's country!
You are blessed with such glorious trees and now color. Savor it as I suspect all will be white before too long.ReplyDelete
Snow's predicted again for next week Virginia!!! Fortunately, the snow storms are light October and November...we won't see heavy snow until December...I hope!!!ReplyDelete
that´s a lovely spot beautifully photographed. It is quite hard to shoot in the forest so it is good. Love it.ReplyDelete
Thank you NatureFootstep!!! The lighting was a bit tricky and there were breezes to contend with too!!!ReplyDelete
