A Gothic Afternoon...or...Happy Birthday Edgar Allen Poe!!!

"Once upon a midnight dreary, while I pondered, weak and weary,
Over many a quaint and curious volume of forgotten lore-
While I nodded, nearly napping, suddenly there came a tapping,
As of some one gently rapping, rapping at my chamber door-
"'Tis some visitor," I muttered, "tapping at my chamber door-
Only this and nothing more."
Edgar Allen Poe

I know...you're probably saying the same thing I said to myself...
"You really ought to have saved this for Halloween!"
Oh well...I just couldn't resist...

What I didn't realize when I posted this...
it was Edgar Allen Poe's actual birthday on the 19th!!!
(thanks Petrea!!!)

Happy Birthday Edgar!!!

You continue to amaze «Louis» with how you marry the quotes to the images. It is really superb.
