Your World...For the Moment...

"When you take a flower in your hand and really look at it,
it's your world for the moment.
I want to give that world to someone else."
Georgia O'Keefe

Looking back in my archives...I decided to tweak this one a bit...
a little extra shading...a little darker blacks...
a moderate amount of grain
and just a touch of vignette...
so what do you think???

the original!!!

  1. Always fun to play around a bit with one's photos!

  2. Both versions are so very pretty. The first one has a beautiful misty effect and love the subtle varieties of yellow in the original.

  3. Daffodils are so beautiful, I like you lighting and angle. The selective colorization was done in Nik Silver Effects Pro

  6. The fluted edge of the trumpet looks sculpted. Both shots are lovely, it is hard to photograph light colors.

  11. Both of them are splendid, but the re-touched version is exceptionally nice!
That's «Louis'» opinion...which is worth EXACTLY what you paid for it!
